How long after the training will We receive our certificates?
Within two working days.

Are you able to deliver fire training other than those shown on this website?
Yes. A1 Security & Fire Solutions will tailor each course to the customer’s requirements. Give us a call and we will see if we can bespoke a training course for your company or organisation.

What should the attendees wear?
As fires can breakout at any time, delegates should be dressed in their normal working attire.

Where is the practical element of the course normally located?
Normally an area of low risk, away from the building and roughly the size of 4 to 5 car parking spaces.

Where is the theory element of the course normally located?
In a classroom environment suited to learning, normally the meeting, training or boardrooms. We have been known to use gardens, work shop benches or patios (weather permitting).

What are the rules regarding payment for your services?
Payment has to reach us before the day of the course, normally 7 days from invoicing.
